The stairs in our homes and businesses often take a beating like no other area!! They are the gateway to the next level, and are therefore used most often. These stairs were worn and had some stains that needed correcting. It is not always possible to complete remove a stain. It depends on the type of stain and how long it’s been in place. Our technicians will always do what they can to minimize the appearance of the stain if they can’t remove it. In this case, the stairs were pre-treated and then cleaned with the hot water extraction, or “steam cleaning”, method. Most customers are familiar with this method of cleaning.
